You may exchange or return stocked items (the website will categorize the product with a Sku Number format: RS1234 or RR1234) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Stocked items may be returned, if they meet the following requirements:
- The item has not been worn or washed (if applicable)
- The accompanying tags are still attached to the piece
- There are no damages to the item
Special order items (categorized with a Sku Number format: XRS1234) cannot be exchanged or returned. These are made-to-order items; they are not stocked at Marketpro. Special order apparel items are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package. This time period includes the transit time for our team to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), inspect the package once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and process your request to either exchange or return / refund the package (5 to 10 business days).
